My thoughts are:

Chara is an ageing dman who lost his spot on the first PP unit this season (to Dougie Hamilton). He probably has 2 good years left in him, maybe more since he's a physical beast.

Parise is a young-ish goal scorer with first line minutes and PP. Potential point per game and plays LW (which is a weaker position in my opinion)

Assuming you have roster coverage for moving Chara, I'd prefer Parise. With your scoring format Parise holds a lot more value.

Without knowing your roster, it is very hard to get a complete accurate answer but I like Parise here. He is slowly getting confy in Min and it can only get better.
