    Default Stepan or Hodgson?

After seeing all these posts on Stepan, I decided to take a look at him .. didnt know he was doing that well! Is he an upgrade over Hodgson?

I'm looking at the championship week of H2H playoffs. I would be able to play Stepan one extra game over Hodgson. I would drop in SOG, but increase my hits and +/- as well as probably PPP?

Who has the better upside? Hodgson does have the dual eligibility which may help for the semi-finals (I didnt check that week out).

I feel like someone would pick up Hodgson if I dropped him, but Stepan has still sat on the FA list probably because of his single "C" eligibility. Should I care, since for my own team, Stepan plays an extra game for me over Hodgson? (buyers remorse before I even buy haha)

    Thanks guys!

Stepan is a safer pick in my opinion. You have enough to cover RW (Hodgson's dual position). I'd go with Stepan.

Edit: Another thought, how's Clarkson been treating you lately? Maybe dump Clarkson and move Hodgson to RW fulltime!?

I've thought about it .. but I'm using Clarkson for SOG and his PIM .. and I can't lose out on anymore hits (Clarkson vs Hodgson) because I replaced Ott with Sharp.

Just seeing if I can tinker with my team for playoffs to have a chance at the Cup!

Time to drop Hodgson since he was put on the fourth line last game? Or see if he bounces back after the wakeup call? (Assuming he gets put back on the first line next game..)
