Is Lupul overperforming?
I'm looking to fill holes in my roster and one of my targets is Joffrey Lupul.
Looks like his shooting percentage is creeping towards 30% and hes just on fire right now.
do you think hes able to keep this pace up over the next few weeks?
was thinking of offering up damien brunner for him since he looks worn out, or maybe a draft pick... any thoughts?

Seeing as he has scored in every game since his injury, he will sadly not keep this up. However, he will probably continue to be a point per game player (or close to it). I do not think Brunner will get you Lupul honestly but he is definately worth a pick (with discretion).

I don't think so, in fact if you count last two years with the Leafs he's putting up some pretty impressive numbers.
Here's what I'm talking about. In 73 games (2011-2012 and 2012-2013) with Toronto, he's got 74 points (31 G, 43 A).
I'd trade Brunner or Brunner plus a pick for Lupul.

I agree he will consistently put up points, but not at this elevated pace... hes around a 15% shooter
I'm going to try him out for brunner first, and maybe throw in a pick if he declines.
I'm just worried about his durability, and keeper value.
