    Default Hold on to Sharp?

So a snagged sharp off the wire last week. I'm comfortably in the playoffs and thought I would put him on my bench until he heals up.

Any thoughts if this is a good move?

Is he on the IR spot or on your bench?

Just looking for a second opinion.

We don't have IR spots, so he is burning a hole on the bench.

So long as you're comfortably in the playoffs hold him for the remainder of the regular season. Once playoffs come it's always tough to have an injured player on your bench but cross that bridge when you come to it.

Hehe well it's not a bad move! If you have space to tuck him in the IR spot why not? In general, it's always good to keep that IR spot filled with someone instead of leaving it empty if you can. If another of your guys gets injured, then you will have a more difficult choice to make.

I'm doing the same thing. As long as you are comfortably in the playoffs, it doesnt hurt to use a bench spot for an injured Sharp. You can decide when the playoffs hit and/if he's still not back. He's worth the risk, unless there's better players available on the wire..
