I was able to draft Green in the 18-19th round of an inaugural keeper ... When he started out hot with 5 pts, traded him as part of a package for Phaneuf (who had 1 assist at that point, but is way more valuable in a hits/bs league)
Thing with Green is he might still be a productive, but only if he's healthy and playing. 16 pts in 28 games is decent, but that's out of 40 games so far.
I can see why ppl dropped him, he was hurt and not producing for a long time (not just this year, but three seasons now) so I'm not sure ppl who kept him all this time should be bragging (he had 24 and 7 pt seasons previously added to this years 16 pts = 47 pts in 3 seasons)
If you grabbed him off the wire and are in the playoffs congrats.

must be tough hanging on to a ~50 point pace player who currently has no elite teammates.
I wouldn;t drop him but I'd be lookign to turn him into another asset before he pulls himself off the ice for a month with some other lame injury.

Not only did he bring me to the play-offs, he made me winning one of my leagues. I need to store that sentence here, so i can allways come back next year to read it when he once again is injured or on a 10 game pointless-streak.
