As a long term move I think you have to do this. This year you definitely will lose some value so if you are competing for the win this year maybe isnt the right time.
This move would leave you very thin at RW this year so that is a concern.
Byfuglien is a better long term option to Boyle, and in the short term is at least of equal value.
Short term St Louis has much more value than Couture but Couture is much younger and is closing the gap in terms of productivity.
FWIW I would keep Markstrom as your 13th keeper. He will be a starter next year and Flroida should be an improving team.
