Giroux trade - thoughts?

I'd be getting the Giroux side.
Thoughts anyone? It is a points league with 8 people, there is unlimited moves so i've been swapping goalies pretty much every day, so i have no care for crawford. I'd have to pick up from FA after, top 3: Stewart, Perron, Brunner.
He also offered me the rights to spezza, who is on IR.

He's been making a few of risky trades with a couple others in the league (Ex. Pominville Campbell giving Keith S. Gagner). Also he's about 40 pts behind right now, I'd be swapping out pretty much all my players too. So this is more me taking advantage of the fact he wants to get rid of a slow starting Giroux and a rookie for two better players, which I provided.

Voted against the trade, thankfully it had a 5 day waiting period and got vetoed. Parenteau and Kessel have been killing it.
