    Would Girardi be the natural replacement on the first D line for Staal? Trying to determine if this would be a good time to grab him.

    Of course they should be. But that would go against being a "good old canadian boy" and it would be too obvious a solution. Can't have that! Gotta stay with tradition, because that is mothereffing holy! Don Cherry says so!

    For what it's worth I dropped him. His peripherals and reasonable scoring made him attractive but I'm sure there are decent options to replace him on the WW. Good to hear he is going to recover fully. Perhaps he can consider wearing a visor.

    Yeah I started another thread in the other section on here about my defense. prob about to grab (NOT TURNIGN THIS INTO THAT THREAD just following up haha) Spurgeon/Ericcson and drop him or Emelin. Hope he gets better though, ****ing awful stuff.
