Why is my Keeper team underperforming?

I have lost 3 weeks in a row now and falling hard in the points overall race. Any advice via trade or other is much appreciated. Or is it just a sit tight and ride it out situation.

H2H points only, 16 team league, protect 12, start 6 fwds, 3 dman, 1 goalie for each week. (1) Goal, (1) assist, (2) Goalie win, (3) Shutout

First things first, you need to provide more detailed info. How many teams are in the league, is it daily start or weekly, is it just points only h2h matchup or is it a points-based system?

How many players do you keep?

First thought that jumps out to me is you're gonna have to actively shop Selanne to a contender if you're starting to fall out of contention this year and try to upgrade a keeper.

10 players locked in for the week
Points only in H2H scoring scheme

Yeah, a little more info would be helpful. At first glance, your top 4 Fwds are solid (if it's a deep league), but I think in a points only, your D is going to lack a bit in terms of point production.

Brown and Horton don't offer as much up front in a points only league either.

well to be honest there fella your team just isnt that strong


the first three are solid points only players, but the remaining are better in multi-cat leagues. they just dont put up enough points to put you to the top.

you goalies arent that bad, and in a normal year Lundqvist is golden..just not this year.

I was on the fence about the time for a rebuild. I have had Datsyuk and Kovy for a few years now. Brunner seems like a top 4, and Benn, well, hes a beauty.

I have a deal in place to bring in Yandle + an early 1st possible lottery for Datsyuk, Im juist a little gun shy right now
