Varlamov's potential
I presently have an offer on the table for Hagelin and Horton in exchange for his Varlamov.
I'm in first but I'm afraid giving up too much depth will hurt me in the long run + losing Hagelin hurts...

That's a deal I'd make. Hiller and Lehtonen are on pretty shakey ground right now, so I'd want someone to share some of the load. You've got the depth at RW to make this move, and you've got Conacher, Brunner and Nyquist on the farm, all of whom I value more highly than Hagelin. I'd be happy to get an offer like this if I were you.
