Does anyone know why email notification isn't working for me when I subscribe to a thread?

Seriously, no one else is having this issue with email? I haven't received any notifications for a long time, but was not overly concerned (with the lockout and everything), but now that the lockout is over and I am hoping to be a regular visitor to this site again, I'd like to get my email notification working again.

On a serious note, mine is working so maybe shoot a word to the admins. Or maybe try resetting it first.
