I did that before it was revealed as an ankle sprain DTD. Looks like a wasted move.

Im sure it's up a little bit because of the lack of training for some of the guys and the shortened schedule....but I wouldn't say huge.

You also have to think that the intensity of the games plays a factor. In an 82 game season "every game matters" yadda yadda....but let's face it.....a Tuesday night game in mid January during a full season just doesn't have the same feel as a game in October or March when the playoff races are buzzing. With the short season....literally EVERY game matters and I think the players are playing with more intensity night in and out because of it.

Since their players are dropping like flies, this could have another meaning altogether.

    Ouch - that looked painful.

They should just change their name to the Binghamton Senators.

yeah for sure. I think Garrioch said that league executives said 2-4 weeks for an ankle sprain.

    Craig Anderson, G OTT
News: Craig Anderson (ankle) will miss at least three to four games, the Ottawa Citizen reports.

Analysis: The Senators are calling Craig Anderson's injury a "slight sprain", but acknowledged that as a goalie, his ankle needs to be 100% before he can return to the lineup. Ben Bishop and recent call-up Robin Lehner will patrol the crease while Anderson is out, though head coach Paul MacLean declined to specify who would start Saturday's game against the Maple Leafs.

    Default updates?

    Any updates on Anderson?

Just lost Ward, and it would be really nice to get Anderson back this week...

I feel your pain. I also have Andy, Ward and Karlsson.

I have been scouring the wire for news. According to the Sens web site Anderson skated but 'not like a goalie' on Friday. No news since and I suspect they are not practicing today since they played in NY yesterday. We may have to wait until tomorrow for more.

They only have two games this week so I would guess that he'll play the second one unless there's been considerable progress since Friday.

At Isles game yesterday and saw Anderson and he was running down the stairs to go locker room. Looked good should be back soon. IMO Don't know what that's worth.
