I would keep Neal and grab FW another way. Neal is a stud in your league, you want to hold on to him.
Head-to-head league settings: G, A, +/-, PIMS, PPP, SHP, GWG, FW
Neal is younger than Datsyuk and is more of a pure goal scorer, but Datsyuk is listed as a C/W and given that designation is a beast in the FW department as he can win huge amounts of faceoffs from the wing to go along with his totals in all categories.
Based on my settings, who would you prefer: Neal or Datsyuk? I currently own Neal, but have been offered Datsyuk for him straight up so wondering if I should pull the trigger.
Thanks for all the advice guys

Neal for sure. I know Datsyuk gets you the FW but you seem to have enough to cover that and there are always players available if you really need some extra FW. Datsyuk, these days at least, falls in the category of a much better real life option than a fantasy option.
The easiest way to dissect the trade is to ask yourself why would the other guy want to acquire Neal from you. Since this is a keeper multi cat league, this trade isn't even close.

Keep Neal. To be honest, everybody loves a good Datsyuk highlight, but all it does is inflate his trade value above where it should be. So trading for him after he undressed the entire Nashville squad is not a solid strategy. What a few weeks for his GM to have forgotten about it and offer a lesser player like Mike Richards/+ after he's had a good game.
While I'm not a fan of Neal (see him as smarter Cheechoo in a better situation), his trade value will only go up. He's basically what GMs want when they know they can't or wont overpay for Crosby or Malkin.

Datsyuk has the nice advantage of being played as a winger, but is a center and thus is great in the FOW department, but in fantasy hockey that's his only advantage over Neal.
As good as Datsyuk is, he's not as great a fantasy player as he is in real life. Neal is a fantasy stud.
The fact that this is a keeper league, is just added incentive to keep the younger Neal.
This is why I truly hate the FW cat especially in yahoo leagues where everyone and their grandma is getting dual positions. Been advocating to my commish since last year to drop the FW stat to stop these kind of deals (and line of thinking, done a few of these my self). I would def. hold on to Neal and look for FWs from other players.
Sorry for the rant FOW just brings out the worst in me
