I would need more info on your league regarding minor leaguers and scoring categories, but as enticing as it might seem, in a limited keeper league, you can never trade away a keeper for a non keeper unless it's a move that will land you the championship.
In this case, Tarasenko is good but there's nothing about him this year that will give you that boost. Ovechkin is not so hot right now, but he can easily have multiple point nights which would at least bring him back to a point per game pace. Either way, I do not see you keeping Tarasenko at the end of this season.
Ovechkin, Gaborik, Letang and Howard seem to be your 4 keepers IMO (note: scoring categories need to be know for the best answer here)
If you make this trade, will you win (or at least give yourself a legit shot)? If the answer is no, I would not do this...
