My goalies absolutely stink.
Hiller, Halak, Howard have taken my tied for 1st team last year to 9th - out of 12. With a short season, you need to fish or cut bait.
I see pros and cons. Iginla for Brodeur...

With your depth you can handle losing Iginla. They are both fairly old, so that's not really a concern. Brodeur should be around for another year as well. I'd go for it because you're in dire straits with your goalies.
