I need to replace Harding (team 1) and Lehtonen (team 2). I can either promote a player from my farm team to serve as back up or I can add a player from free agency to serve for replacement while the goalie he is replacing is out.

JV eligble goalies that I can promote as back an IR replacement:

How long will Crawford be out for?

I have to pay a $250,000 fee to change IR replacements if I want to in the future so if these guys are going to be out a while I have to make sure his can hold up the fort (or at least be useful). $.25m isn't a lot but it adds up quickly in this league. (I have about $3m in cap space)

well in any case i don't see Harding having too much value this season.
