Pickup advice for a new manager...
Hello everyone, I've been lurking around for a while but am just now posting for the first time. I've been a hockey fan for several seasons and this is my first time taking up a fantasy team. The team I currently run is in my signature, and it's doing fairly well after two weeks (second or third out of 10, depending on if you take divisional leads into account), but I want it to be even better.
I picked up Pacioretty to fill in while Landeskog is on IR, but it seems like I'm still weak on the left side. There are a couple good-looking players available on the left, including JvR and Ladd, which I've been looking at, or I could keep Elias at LW and look for another center, where Gagner and Kadri are among the highest-ranked.
So my question comes in two parts here:
1) Should I pursue one of those four, and if so, who might I drop?
2) Could Landeskog make a possible trading piece, and if so, what kind of return might I get for him?
As a fantasy rookie, I'd really appreciate any advice you more-experienced folks would have to share.
