Obviously a no brainer. But if you're commish I would reject this deal.
Why?
If you were a non-commish in this league and the commish accepted a trade like this you would scream collusion. And because the commish has the veto power (I presume) no one can prevent the trade from happening?
Even if you're not actually colluding it does have a huge appearance of collusion. I'd rather avoid it.

Accept the trade there is no collusion. If you rejected it because you want a balanced league and don't want to rape the other manager than fine but the trade is not collusion. Collusion is where 2 managers agree that 1 will tank so the other can have an allstar lineup. This trade is not collusion it is a manager not knowing anything about fantasy hockey. Big difference.

Good move, and it shows you care more about the trust and cohesiveness of the league more than your success. There's no harm in letting him know that it wasn't a good offer, and perhaps even letting him (the league) know about this site. A more competitive league is a better one.
Whatever it was was not sitting well with me. Can't except it as the LM, would be my crucifixion. Seeing as many of these guys are in other fantasy sports leagues with me, my integrity does matter, and I prefer a peaceful/fair atmosphere in the league. Thanks for all the input guys!
