Both have question marks, but at this point I'm more comfortable with Fasth.

Harding's play is very inconsistent, one week he's posting .939 stats the next hes letting in 2 goal in 4 shots. This may be because he's still relatively young and he's never really been given a shot at number one (and for goalies getting into a rhythm is everything).
As much as I don't like to say it, Harding's MS worries me as well. I don't know how well his medication works in terms of him being completely in the zone while playing, I just don't know. I don't think anyone but him knows.

Fasth while having only played a few games, has the pedigree and stats behind him to lead us all to believe he can keep it up. Maybe not continue his insane numbers, but something close to it. Hiller is a fantastic goalie, but its no secret he struggled last year and this year. Boudreau is known to ride the hot goalie (see: Varly and Neuvirth) and as of right now, in my eyes, its Fasth's job to lose.
From what I hear also, hes a very good communicator to his team in play and keeps everyone calm, making them play more effeciently. I like that, very Lundqvist-esque.

I'll take Fasth this year and beyond. He may steal the #1 job. I think Harding is stuck behind Backstrom and could easily be leap-frogged by one of the younger tenders - Hackett and Kuemper.
