Once a player is OFF IR, but still in the IR slot ... can the manager continue to make daily roster changes, or must he drop a player?
ie. can he continue to make his daily roster moves and stash this extra player on IR until he acclimates and starts to heat up before he must decide who to drop?

The two things you cannot do are:
1) Add/drop a player
2) Make a trade where the number of players being traded to your team is higher than the number of players being traded away.
