    Default Landeskog or Tarasenko?

Straight points Keeper. I'm in a rebuild and have been offered Fluery and Landeskog and 2nd rnd pick (probably around 18th overall) for my Lehtonen and Tarasenko and my 1st pick (probably 2nd to 4th overall)

I know Fleury is the better goalie but who is better going forward Landeskog or Tarasenko?

Thanks in advance for any advice..rep will be given where I can

This isn't really that close of a call for me, though I admit that I am not very high on Landeskog in points or points-heavy leagues. I think you've got to be thrilled if Landeskog can track the point production of Mike Richards, but I think you'll struggle to get that out of him. I don't see 75 and 80 point seasons out of him. I like him slightly better than Dustin Brown because of more offensive opportunities. But somewhere between Dustin Brown and Mike Richards isn't the kind of player that I'm taking over Tarasenko.

I think Lehtonen is just about as good as Fleury, minus a few wins this season, and Tarasenko is better offensively than Lando. Plus, you're downgrading on a big draft pick. There's almost no way I'd take this.

If we are only talking Landeskog vs Tarasenko in a points only league, this is so simple. Tarasenko hands down. In multipoint fantasy or real-life, I would say Landeskog.

I have a question for everyone about Landeskog. Why does everyone think he is going to be a point machine? Yes, he did have a good rookie year and finished strong but I just don't see him outpointing Duchene going forward (all things being equal).

I didn't protect him in my points only limited keeper in favor or Hossa and I don't regret it.

I really like Tarasenko but for points only you have to go with Tarasenko.

I know Landeskog had a great rookie season but I dont think he will ever be a 70 pts guy, maybe his best season thats it.

After 1/6 of the season or close too.. Tarasenko is 13ht in scoring.....

I dont think it is only luck !!

he is only getting 15:00 ice time... with 18 to 21 min this guy will become superstar !

In straight points I would prefer to have Tarasenko. I'd rather not move what you are giving up.

Agreed with the above, in a points league I like Tarasenko. Lando will be a good, consistent player for a long time.....he might crack 70 points a time or two, but mostly his value will come from his multi-cat goodness. Tarasenko should be the better scorer.

If, I had Fluery I'd be selling. His game is shit.
Landeskog is a huge buy low right now, but yes Taresenko for future, but I love Landen still.

Another vote for the Tarasenko side of this.

One thing to keep in mind going forward is Fleury will be a UFA in a couple of years, and Lehtonen is locked up for 4 more years.

If Fleury isn't a Pen anymore, what's his value going to be in a keeper.

    Points only: Taransenko >>>>> Landy

    Cheers
