I'd pull the trigger. It's worth the risk in my opinion. None of the other guys appear to be keepers for you, and therefore I see this as a relatively low risk-high reward move for you.
Need some opinions here guys. I have been offered the following:
Ovechkin, Franzen, Yandle and a 4th round pick next year
for
My Eriksson, Selanne, Doughty and my 2nd round pick next year.
This could potentially be the best 'buy-low' opportunity for OV. On the other hand he may only put up 65-75 pts, which is basically what Eriksson provides.
What do you guys think?

I'd be hesitant to give up Karlsson. A norris trophy winner at age 21, on a point per game pace, yet again. I'd counter offer, maybe something like.
Selanne, Doughty, 1st Round Pick
for
Yandle + Ovechkin
Or anything really that doesn't involve giving away Karlsson. Also, it's kind of hard to trade for Ovechkin when he's under the strict defensive coaching of Adam Oates. Boudreau let Alex go and that's when his best numbers came.

If I'm reading your SIG properly... you can only keep ONE at each position.
So... Malkin is your C, Ovechkin would be your LW, Franzen would your RW.
Karlsson is your D and neither Yandle/Doughty are even an option.
But - overall, I like this move because at least Ovechkin is your LW.
Jamie Benn is currently C/LW in most leagues but he'll be playing C and you may be forced to drop him.
If your current season doesn't go well, you could consider moving Benn to upgrade your RW.
I don't really know where Eriksson is playing (he flips wings a lot).
I'm not big on Ovechkin, but in multi-cat I still do value him higher than Loui.
And LW is still one of the thinnest keeper-positions in the NHL. I believe it is Ovechkin/D.Sedin/Parise/Kovalchuk as a big-four, with a massive drop-off after that.
Make the deal.
For the keeper situation, provided that Yahoo keeps the dual positions as they currently are, I would have Malkin as my RW, OV as the LW and Benn as my C. Like you said Benn may lose his eligibility, but I'll cross that bridge when I get there I guess. Thanks for the input
