    Default Hornqvist LBI Out Indefinitely

Trotz said Hornqvist out indefinitely. Didn't know if he would be further examined out here or back in Nashville.

Calling it a lower body injury right now

I was watching it live. His left leg/knee got bent in a very unnatural way. I hope he didn't blow out his ACL.

Who benefits from more Ice time here? I'm a kostitsyn owner and am getting frustrated with his production (as usual)

How about Craig Smith? He had 1 shift the last 2 periods....4 min of TOI. Trotz was furious with his turnovers on the wall in his own end. I'd guess Smith either hits the press box or gets the message and plays well with an increase in ice time.

Barry Trotz told reporters that there's a chance Patric Hornqvist could return to action on Monday.
Hornqvist (knee) was injured in late January. While the Nashville Predators continue to find ways to win, they'd likely love to have one of their most reliable scorers back in the lineup. Sunday marked his return to practice, if nothing else.

    He's back!

Patric Hornqvist has been activated from injured reserve and is likely to play Monday night.
He has been sidelined since March 8 with an upper-body injury. Hornqvist has been limited to 14 games this season due to injuries. "It's tough mentally to sit out for a long time, and second injury in two months, and usually I'm never hurt," he said. "That's probably the toughest thing that goes through your mind, but I'm ready to go."
