About a month ago I couldn't stop watching "Russian Road Rage And Crashes" compilations. It's completely nuts. I will NEVER drive in Russia. Full stop. They are batshit insane.

Really.....you risk your life driving anywhere other than like the US, Canada, and most of western Europe (but not all). You will die if you drive literally anywhere else in the world.

It seems as though they love driving WAY too close, and love driving on the shoulder as well. Honestly though, I don't think any of it was THAT crazy. It wouldn't take you long to put together a similar compilation of "Crazy North American Drivers" either.

Anyway... I'd put money on Russian roads being far and away more messed up than North American ones (and yes, I am including Mexico).
Mexico is a bit of hyperbole... but the traffic fatality rate per 100,000 vehicles in Canada is 13, the US is 15 and Russia is 55.
