Based on your team, I'd stick with Ryan.
Kessel should get more points, but he's lost Lupul so who knows how much that could affect him. Without SOG, Kessel is useless in all peripherals.
Ryan is more balanced in your league. Kessel is one dimensional and you have enough of those guys (Backstrom, Giroux, Karlsson, etc). I vote Ryan.
