Default I get fleeced? Or do the fleecing?

My league with my real life friends we changed a bit this yr... It used to be point heavy now the only offensive cats are

    G : A : SOG : FW : Hits

Knowing that this changes everything I think I did pretty good job drafting players that will still excel. I don't think some of my other friends realize quite how much this shakes up the rankings... Anywho

I gave henrik sedan and Duncan Keith

I got Eric staal and Dan Boyle

Now my team looks like this

    C-Nic backstrom
    C- Eric stall
    Lw- ovechkin
    Lw- Jamie Ben (c)
    Rw- Heatley (lw)
    Rw- tarasenko
    D- Shea weber
    D-Dan Boyle
    D- mark streit
    D- hamuis
    G-Raask
    G-Holtby

    Bn- varlamov
    Bn- tj oshie
    Bn-mikko koivu
    Bn- Steve ott

I need Ben to come back and Holtby to get it together or finalize a trade for another tender... I think this trade secures my peripherals to the point now I can go goalie shopping n give up jus about anyone but ovi n still b good

    12 team h2h btw

This is a good team with these cats.
Henrik is light on SOG & Hits, so I think this was a good trade for you.

Obviously, you should slot Mikko Koivu in C2, E.Staal in LW2 (if eligible), and Benn should be on your bench for now.

    Benn (two ns)
    Staal (two as)
    Rask (one a)

i think you're doing it right, Staal wins a ton of faceoffs and shoots the puck quite a bit too. You should see if you can continue to exploit other GMs who don't 'get it' yet

Thx for the insight. Was my exact rationale...

I can't be accountable for my typing tho I'm posting from my iPad which is clearly designed to be as frustrating as possible when typing anything of substance lol

Someone needs to make a Dobberhockey auto-correct app.

BTW I like the move to get Staal. One of the best combo players for this format.

You made out well with the deal.

Your iPad will begin to remember spelling when you correct the auto-correct. I've been rocking one for a few months now, it gets better.

Go get David Backes ASAP. He is golden in your formats and you could slot him at wing.

I second this. Callahan would be another player to target. I could alsso see B. Schenn becoming a useful player in this format.
