Default I just dropped Ryan Whitney for Josi...

I just dropped Ryan Whitney for Josi after hearing that he would be paired with Weber. Good move or bad? I have been burnt by Whitney's ankle in the past.

time will tell, gamble with either,

IF Whitney stays healthy he is the better option,
just look at the forwards he is playing with Versus Josi.

IF Josi gets time PP1 he has value, but the question is whether he manages to keep that role.

All great points. Think I should drop Josi before someone snags Whitney?

I'd rather have Josi. I just don't trust Whitney's to stay injury-free for long.
I can't promise I'll try but I'll try to try.

Josi is a nice way to hedge bets on the injury front but is a risk in his own right, as he has never proven himself yet over a full NHL season. However, Whitney also will likely lose out on some offensive chances to Justin Schultz this season and moving forward. Combine that with an injury risk and I cannot fault you for this move.

Personally I'd rather have Whitney, when it comes down to players like these, I want the guy who has the potential for something greater, Whitney is a boom/bust guy worth taking a risk on since it costs you nothing. If Whitney gets injured he's easily replaceable, but what he's capable of when healthy isn't as easily matched.
