Multi-cat draft...balanced team?

How is my multi-cat team in a league that heavily values hits,etc? To give you an idea, Ryan Callahan scored the most points last year by a considerable margin (597) to lead our league.

Two things:

1) How is my goalie situation? Trade up or away?

2) Should I trade one of my hits d-man for a scoring forward?

New Roster:

G- Ward, Kiprusoff, Anderson
D- Weber, Seabrook, Stuart, Gorges (hits heavy)
F- Callahan, Clutterbuck, Backes, E. Kane, M. Martin, Doan, C.Neil, Ott, N. Foligno

Your goaltendimg is solid. You have two horses. Daaaaaamn! You have a ton of hitters. You definitely need more scoring forwards. I think you need to exchange two hitting forwards for two scoring forwards, and then you will be more balanced.

Should I make a move for Crosby? The guy who drafted him is new to our league and doesn't have hitters.

Maybe throw in Gorges and Ott for his Crosby??
