Draft strategy...correct?

I have my draft in an hour. I have 5th pick out of 8, so I get a pick every 8 spots (not too shabby).

Here's my strategy:

Round one: With 5th pick, most likely Malkin, Stamkos, Ovie, and Crosby will be off the board. I have a feeling I should draft Ryan Callahan (number one overall) with the fifth pick.

Round Two: Grab another high scorer...

Round Three-Four: Defenseman + Goalie

I never go into a draft with a fixed strategy like that for anything past the first round.
