I think switching Ott for Wheeler is a safe bet.
With your weighting, the two are pretty close to a wash.
If you assume (with similar G:A ratio as last year) Ott puts up 25ish points, 80ish PIMs, little PPtime and Wheeler 35-40ish, 30ish PIMS, and PP1 time - Ott may still be slightly more valuable. PIMs can be a crapshoot sometimes, so I'd stick with Wheeler.
