What Downie brings to the PIM department is huge, and the way he played when he was moved to Colorado is reason for me to believe he's the better choice.
Downie kind of worries me because Col seems to have a lot more scoring depth and Downie may not get the opportunities he got in TB, especially on the PP. And his PIMs went way down after being traded.
Having said that, I'd still go with Downie.
