On what planet does Rask get drafted at #21 and Price at #100? Dang. Guess goalie stats are not a premium for your league. But I like your team, as long as Benn and Eriksson have the kind of year they could/should have. If not, you might be looking for scoring.

Sorry if it's difficult to read, hah ya i know... I was possessed due to my prediction that Boston will score alot and keep the puck out enough to rack up alot of wins? I kind of tried to keep it balanced.

Thanks for the replies and feedback guys.

Oh yeah, I did kinda bank on those two Dallas players, anything could happen

I just meant that you snagged Rask unbelievably low. Great pick! Same with Price! I can't believe they were both still available at those slots.

Thanks, yeah I don't know...I guess it's important to capitalize on your opportunities & I suppose I did. Other than the Dallas tandem falling short of expectations is there anything else I should address or just wait till the 19th and let her roll?

I'd bet there might be some upside on the FA list over your last three guys. Not sure I'd want any of them unless the pool is really shallow. But other that that. let it roll! And good luck.

Would you drop Booth for any of these:

    Patrik Berglund

    James van Riemsdyk

    Brayden Schenn

    Peter Mueller

    Ryan Clowe

They seem to stand out to me on the wire at the moment

I'd grab Clowe in a heartbeat.

Thanks for the input, also Shane Doan is floating on the wire as well. However, not sure how much of a difference he could make? Clowe is the guy I am going to pickup, he definitely has the most immediate upside!

Your league stats seem to be pretty goal heavy (G, PPG, SHG, GWG)

I'd try to pick a player with a shoot-first mentality, preferably on PP1.

From your draft results, you are in a 10 league team? If you sort your available FA's by goal, who's up top?
    1-Year 12-team H2H: G/A/+-/PIM/PPP/SOG/SH%/FW/HIT/BLK GS/W/GAA/SV/SV%/SHO

    C: Giroux, Backstrom, Hanzal, Ribeiro
    LW: Nash, Ladd
    RW: Wheeler, Vrbata, Hornqvist
    D: Keith, Streit, Franson, Gardiner
    G: Lunquist, Mason, Luongo
    IR: Stepan

Yeah it's a 10 man league. So I sorted out the FA list according to goals and at the top it has:
    Matt Read
    Grabovski
    Stalberg
    Brodziak
    Shane Doan a little lower

And a few others. Do you think since it's so heavy towards goals one of these guys would be in larger favor than Clowe?

Clowe is undoubtedly the better player. In the end, he'll outpoint Doan, but Doan will get more goals I feel (thus by extension - more GWG, PPG)

What about Brayden Schenn? What are the possibilities he lines up on the first line and do you think he could out-goal Doan or Clowe this season?

I'm trying to make sense and pick from a group of players that seem to have very similar point ceilings when it comes to this year
