Default Setoguchi's value. Is there any???

Not sure what happened to this guy, but he really seemed to plummet over the past few years.

What can be expected from him? Rebound potential?

I don't know. He's getting better teammates with the additions of Parise and Suter and he should remain on the top 2 lines as they should look something like this:

    Heatley-Koivu-Parise
    Bouchard-Granlund-Setoguchi

Still though, he seemed lost for much of last season and I'm not sure he's enough confident to bounce back this year. He's a risky pick in any league.

I don't expect him to do worse than last year. With improved linemates it could boos his numbers slightly. No problems taking a flyer on him in the late rounds but wouldn't expect over 40pts.

If he can stay healthy, I wouldn't be afraid of owning him. Any player who is sitting on a teams top 6 should have fantasy value and that's where he is right now.

Setoguchi has always been a product of his passing linemates.
He's now getting bumped off any chance of PP1 time.

I'm not sure why people expect him to "rebound".
His current years are his real-value... don't expect them to get better.

How would you compare him to, say, Brooks Laich?

I'd take Seto over Laich, in your league. Don't see any reason to drop Seto if there's no better options.

I think Seto will produce at no worse a pace than he did last season, with the potential to obviously do better. He's still a Top 6 guy for the Wild, and will still get Top 6 minutes.
