    Default Buy Low D-Men

I'm mainly looking for defensemen to buy low on. Guys that will outproduce numbers from last year by a decent margin. Doesn't necessarily have to be completely under the radar. Who do you think will break out and should be acquired now or never in a keeper league?

I own two in Goligoski and Fowler.

Doughty is as buy low as he'll ever be...

Kulikov was studly next to Campbell before injury.

Giordano is another, but really pays off in multicat leagues... and therefore not a great buy low for a multicat league GM.

    Hedman could bust loose finally.

Hamonic could be another given the Visnovsky KHL rumors, but I'd steer clear of anyone on the Isles or the Devils since the revised schedule may likely be divisional heavy.

In a league where +/- is counted you Fowler is very good buy low option, as I'd imagine he'd come at a cheaper price, and I feel like Fowler and Ducks will improve on the +/- side of things, on top of that Fowler is great for points and likely to be only getting better. Same goes for Wisniewski in a league with +/- although in a league not counting that stat it will probably be tough to get him, and not so much a buy low.

Goligoski seems to be underrated and under appreciated, he had the lowly 30 points last year, but I'm sure he's in for a bounce back, wouldn't be surprised to see his point totals better this year in a shortened season, then they were last season.

Your league doesn't count the gritty stats, right? In this case definitely take a look at Roman Josi. He's probably going to pair up with Shea Weber and has done well in this combination in limited action before (when Suter was out).

Also liked the suggestion of Streit. Oldish but with Visnovsky probably not playing for the Isles he's a sure workhorse on the PP again. He isn't a banger, either, but he also helps most stats that are counted in your league.
