    I rank them:

    1. Rinne
    2. Rask
    3. Bryz
    4. Niemi

Given your scoring format I strongly considered putting Rask ahead of Rinne as I believe Rask is an elite talent and he plays on a better team (more wins)...but even with that I have to put Rinne at the top because he's simply the best G and I really don't like to rely on the "team" so much when ranking goalies.
    10-team Auction League, $160 team salary, weekly H2H, start: 6F, 4D, 1G and 5 Bench

    Scoring structure: (F : 1pt G / 1pt A / 0.15pts SOG / 0.15pts Hits / 0.15pts BlkS), (G : 5 pts W / 3 pts SO / 0.01 pts Saves)

    Forwards : Ovechkin ($43), Kessel ($20), Benn ($7), Spezza ($13), Brown ($7), Marchand ($13), Landeskog ($3), Elias ($1), Plekanec ($1),

    Defenses : Letang ($26), Visnovsky ($1), Bieksa ($1), Faulk ($2) Ehrhoff ($2)

    Goalies : Holtby ($7), Nabokov ($2)

People who are putting Rask up that high are showing a huge amount of blindness to his risk: he's completely unproven over a full season and has already demonstrated proneness to injury. Hitch your cart to Rask at your own risk!

    1. Rinne - Top 3 goalie in fantasy hockey until proven otherwise. Bonafide starter for Nashville, should play in almost every single game in a shortened season, which will allow him to accumulate wins. Counting wins and shutouts only, his numbers in those stats shouldn't drop.

    2. Rask - High potential plays for a great team, should be a great option every year moving forward.

    3. Bryzgalov - In a league that counts only wins and shutouts I think his value is at it's best. There's no one behind Bryzgalov in Philly, which will allow him to get nearly all the starts, and with Philly being a great team Bryzgalov should pick up a lot of wins. While I wouldn't draft him ahead of the other two goalies, I would be happy to have him as a number one in this type of format. If this is for a draft I would skip on Rinne and Rask and look towards snagging Bryzgalov later as by most accounts his value is low.

    4. Niemi - Solid goalie, but not as good as the others. Type of goalie you want to have as a #2 or even a number #3, to have in in one of those spots would be ideal.

Sums it all up nicely for me.

I have Niemi on my Dynasty League team, and he's solidly the backup, any of the other 3 would be starters.

I would only quibble and rank Rask ahead of Bryz for a one year league. It's close, I just think Rask and the Bruins will garner more shutouts and tip the scale.
