I've been using this site - agreed that the quality varies but I have found to be the most reliable of those I have checked for this tournament so far.
NHL.com is streaming all USA games (or watch on NHL network)
EDIT: just have to create a free account.

I used this site to watch the Finn game this morning, a little shaky to start with but techs kept on moving the feed until there was a decent one and it was good to go. Will feed the games that TSN does not cover, as well as Spengler Cup etc.

Non-US residents need to know about the Media Hint addon for Firefox. It gives you access to everything you would want. I stream Pandora at work and watch US Netflix wherever I want.
It's just one quick AddOn and you'll never have to worry about it again.
