Fairly sure he destroyed the tournament last year... Oh wait, he only had 1 assist?

Anyhow... same thing with the "unofficial stats" for Russia-Germany (meaning I went off the match ticker because the game was still going - started 6-0 ended 7-0. Thus, there are some stats that can be changed later on. Those differences will be corrected the next time I check the Russian official stats - which is next time they aren't playing a game when I wake up in the morning XD).

Also, I noticed the file didn't add + 2 for an SO (but rather a + 1 for a shutout... so I fixed that).

I was wondering who that one guy was... haha.

If it makes you feel better, he was picked twice. No clue who the other guy is though.

I had him too. Was spending time with family on Christmas day and didn't hear he was injured until Boxing Day.

Also, rough day for me. Fell from 3rd to 19th.

So... it would seem the fins went crazy.

Also, reeveta : Are Shoot out losses = OT losses? or Overtime wins counted as wins? If so, I have a bit of mingling to so manually finding that (not that it's hard...).

Also, seems like I missed a few points due to the unofficial-ness of the stats for Russia. Made them "official" this morning.

And now the part you all want...

Did Granlund get credit for three goals or two after completing the full-Eberle and winning it for Finland in the shootout?

The intention was to count Shoot out losses because IIHF used to keep that stat seperate for goalies. I see now they don't. I would say only count Shoot-Out loss as a single point. No OT loss. A win is a win no matter how it comes.

Next year I think going wins and shut-outs only will be easier.

Side note: any suggestions on format changes for next year are welcome.

Cool, I wasn't sure if you got credit for shootout winners or not, although I did see that IIHF does give them credit for it in their scoring so I was hoping you would.

The IIHF adds them in their official stats. I go by there official stats. So yeah, that's how it goes. IT helped me since I had both

I don't think that's too bad, I defiantly would have taken Girgensons had he been made available to play in the tournament. Thankfully I found out he wasn't going to be playing, allowing me to avoid selecting him.

For me changing my goalie pick to Gibson was I think my biggest mistake, forgetting about Gradlund and taking Rakell was another mistake. Barkov has been disappointing him but there was absolutely no way I wasn't going to have him on my team, so it's something I have no regrets about. Being 11 points back, is going to be a tough hill to climb.

Sounds a lot like my team! And we're even in the standings well.

With the Swiss getting another point for an OT loss, they have jumped ahead of Finland for third. If Sweden beats Finland in regulation later then the Fins are out. That could hurt a lot of teams as no more points from them will count.
