Not a new movie, but new to Netflix...

If you get yourself in the right state (or, maybe couple glasses of wine)...
Marcel the Shell with Shoes On

This movie is not for everyone.
    Don't watch it "normal style".
Watch it when you are feeling absolutely, 100% off/quirky.
    It could hit.

And... for us hockey folk... there's a "quote" the main character is trying to recall about 10minutes into the movie that is a guaranteed laugh.
But it's really more of a... IDK... stylistic method of attending to some of the smaller & bigger things of life - in a few different ways.

If you are a Nathan Fielder fan... it is likely to hit.
If you like Jenny Slate... it's gonna hit.
If you don't like either of them... it absolutely won't.

    Should be on Netflix.

Saw Dune 2 in IMAX - freaking epic. These movies are made for theatres. What a fantastic story. 9/10

Do you mean American Fiction? If so, I was thinking of checking that out. The trailer looks hilarious but I sort of wish I hadn't watched the trailer because it seemed to give away the entire movie.

Damn. I keep calling it that. Yes, American Fiction. It's definintely worth watching. Many funny scenes. The trailer doesn't give away the entire movie. You won't regret it.

Thumbs up to Dune 2. This and Lawrence of Arabia would make an awesome, if not day-long, double feature.

I just finished Poor Things. Such a weird movie, but kept me engaged the whole time. I would suggest it if anyone was thinking about watching it. But you need to be like ready to watch something weird.

Honestly, it could have gone down as one of the best cinematic movies of recent history if it wasn't released at the same time as Oppenheimer as it would have made history with oscar wins.

Civil War. 7.9/10. I can't give it 8/10 for some reason, but it's def worth a movie ticket price.
