speaking of staplers, i once did a bunny hop on a bmx with no seat. my wife had to drive me to the hospital to get stiched up. doesnt take too many stitches to get a really sore sac.
at least it got a good laugh from the 15 people who saw it happen.

For the record, the bunker photo I posted earlier can shelter people of both genders. Nothing sexist going on there.

A pirate walks into a bar with a peg leg, a parrot on his shoulder, and a steering wheel on his pants. The bartender says, "hey, you''ve got a steering wheel on your pants."

The pirate says, "Arrrr, I know. It''s driving me nuts."

    Huh?

I am from Nova Scotia. I can confirm that that does indeed happen all the time.

One time when I was maybe 8 years old, I was playing with a stapler in my dad's den and as any other curious child, I opened the stapler up and started stapling random pieces of paper to the board on the wall.

Sooner or later I got bored of playing with the stapler so I decided to put it away.Problem was when I closed it I snapped it shut right on my fingers, and actually stapled my middle finger and ring finger together. I walked up to my parents and said 'I stapled my fingers together'.

It hurt like a bitch when my dad pulled the staple out but I got to skip my piano lesson that week. #winning

I can't take credit for the following, the credit goes to Dave Barry, but I'll try to recall this story of his as best I can. Basically the story lays out the differences between men, women, and guys beyond the obvious physical ones.

Close your eyes and imagine if you will a mountain meadow and your soaring above it like an eagle surveying the entire scene below. Tall, majestic, snow capped peaks on either side. Lush, thick forests surround the meadow, along with wild flowers. Many forest ceatures, large and small, play and go about their daily lives among this scene. There is also a large mountain stream running through the middle of this meadow, and over this stream there is a bridge.

Now as you soar above this scene your eyes spot three groups of people, with three in each group. There are three men, three women, and three guys. Each group is fully engrossed in their conversations and not really aware of the others. You can hear them as well as see them.

The three men are admiring the bridge that crosses the stream. The marvel at the architect's vision to create the mechanical wonder that is this bridge. They comment on the craftsmanship of the workers who made the architect's vision a reality. They marvel at the logistical challenges that had to be overcome to build it in such a remote place.

The three women are enraptured with the beauty of nature. They drink in the intoxicating fragrance of the wild flowers. They ooh and ahh at the many woodland creatures who wander through the meadow. They also comment about how the murmur of the stream is the perfect background for the moment.

The three guys meanwhile are standing on the bridge having a contest to see who can pee furthest off the bridge.

And there you have it, the difference between men, women, and guys.
