Hey folks. I am not sure if anybody here is familiar with these types of things or not, but if anybody could offer any suggestions, I would appreciate it. About 15 months ago, I bought a rat 9 with the 2 year extended warranty. Well a small plastic piece by the precision aim button which supports the side piece on it, broke after some use. I took it back where I purchased it, and returned it for a new one. There was some debate as to whether or not they were going to replace it; the manager argued that it was my fault. In the end he replaced the wireless mouse, but not the transmitter. I took it home, and I can't get it to work with the old transmitter.

I am looking at a way to reset it or resync it, but I can't seem to figure it out. I don't really want to go back to the same store to replace the transmitter. I have emailed mad Katz, the people who make the rat 9, but I hear they tend to take a while to respond. If anybody has any ideas here, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks,
Rylant
