And actors/extras - man that opening sequence with the ambush thing was some of the worst crap I've ever seen on this show. I have been hate-watching this show for a while now, not sure if I can even do that anymore. Although for some reason I do like what they're doing with Morgan.

I had hockey at 8, so i didnt get home till 9:05, legit didnt care i missed the first portion. was on my phone most of the time, just not into it anymore.

However this episode did add fuel to the fire that Judith dies soon

I don't know if it's worth it but if you get a chance - the way the enemies act when they all got shot made me burst out laughing, it was like kids on a playground playing guns (although slightly less convincing).

I missed episode 2 of the season was pretty sure I didn't miss much. Sounds like I can skip 3 also and still be right caught up.

Season 7:
They said they would gather for Negan. They meet new groups. They make a plan, it goes to sh!t. Rick realizes they must now fight Negan. They make a plan to fight Negan

Season 8:
Fighting Negan's group. It's not going as planned.

Yeah that one. Where they made a WHOLE episode to only show that this group had guns.

I heard there are flash forwards now?? Sounds like LOST....except those flash forwards somewhat revitalized the show after 3 seasons and also revealed something incredibly important. Not sure that can be the case with TWD.....which is now on season 7??

There's been flash forwards for a couple of seasons i think.

btw, where did all these weapons and ammunition come from ?!!

With the way they are using the weapons on full auto bursts, you would think they have video game amounts of ammo. If that's me in the zombie apocalypse, I'm using single shot or three round bursts at the most and actually taking aimed shots. Where are any of the ex-military guys? At least some of them would know the value of conserving ammo.

If you've managed to drop this show from your rotation, good on you.
It is absolutely terrible, somehow finding new ways to annoy and confuse their audience.
For extra amusement, last night's mid-season finale was entirely in the dark, and you couldn't see half the scenes.
I can only hope someone at the network is paying attention and they fire Gimple. The show has consistently declined ever since he took over as showrunner.

Yeah, I am struggling with much of the writing in this show. Brutally unbelievable plot lines. I'm tired of watching the people all doing there own thing when there was a plan in place. Seriously, they are always tripping themselves up. At least they have unlimited ammo to be able to fire full auto bursts without targets presenting themselves. I attribute all of this to the writers. I still can't quit this show. Apparently, I am a glutton (nearly said gluten) for punishment.

Thankfully, I stopped watching a few seasons ago. It’s one of my favourite genres. I wanted to like it. It was just consistently really bad, with the very occasional good moment. An amazing premise, executed with amazing mediocrity.

I guess the viewership must have officially dropped off. Despite trade deadline day, I figured there would have been a bunch of TWD loyalists and returning interest in here saying... quite likely... IT'S ABOUT DAMN TIME THEY DID THAT TO CARL!
