If they're both not keepers then I go with Berglund for sure. Atkinson has the potential to surpass Berglund's disappointments....but just looking at this year it's Berglund for sure.
3rd Keeper team in profile, Season Points, Multi-Cat (G,A,+/-,SOG,GWG,PPP,SHP,PIM,HITS,BLKS,ShG,ShGWG - W,OTL,SVS,GA,SO)
Start: 3C, 3LW, 3RW, 2F, 5D, 2G
Who would you rather own?
Keep in mind both of these are probably not keepers (limited to 8 in my league), but could be with a crazy break-out year by either. Who does more damage this year in my league set-up?
Thanks gentlemen!

I would be willing to give Berglund one more chance, and hope all that talent finally shines through.
Berglund for me too. Hes proven more and i feel he will break out soon.
I love Atkinson, but you have to go w/ Berlgund here. Too much upside to ignore (although I have been saying that for three years).
Another vote for Bergy.
Thanks guys... guess I am just falling prey to the Atkinson trap. He seems to have the easiest path to #1 RW (which is something I need some depth in). Berglund is full of potential, but as a #2 Centre on a low scoring team. But Berglund's 7 points in 9 play-off games is intriguing!

Didn't Hitch say something to the effect of the line combos being "fluid" but McDonald-Berglund-Tarasenko would be essentially set in stone?
Being on the 1st scoring line with offensive studs like McDonald and Tarasenko would definitely help Berglund reach a more consistent level of production. I seem to remember Berglund playing very well late in the season (and in te playoffs) while paired with Andy Mac.
EDIT: never mind. That's Steen who will be centering that line. Berglund will be playing with Perron.
Regardless, I still like Bergy here
