I'm curious as to who voted for Dubnyk, delusional Oil fans or disgruntled Habs fans!? While I do hope Dubnyk pans out to be a decent goaltender (Oil fan here), in my estimation, Price is already a top tender in the NHL.

With an optimistic outlook, one could think that Dubie will be apart of something special in Oil Country.

However, looking at this today...he hasn't even beat out the incumbent aged veteran goaltender in Edm. Reports of Khabby's demise are still too premature.

Dubie should be in the other pool...the one that determines the best back-up.

I can understand a vote for Dubnyk.....the Habs are going to be bad again this year, probably really bad which will hurt Price. The Oilers have to start their upswing at some point, and if it's this year Dubnyk will be along for the ride. I still went with CP as he's the better goalie, but I wouldn't be totally surprised if Dubie ended up with some better numbers by season's end.

I see what you're saying but I personally think that the Oilers are being overhyped...so I honestly think that Price will still be much better than Dubnyk.

Another thing to consider is if Khabibulin steals starts from Dubnyk which will probably eat into his wins count...cuz nobody is stealing starts from Price.
