Mine would have to be the episode where Rodney Dangerfield stars as Larry Burns.
The whole family is visiting the cider mill and Marge incorrectly pronounces foliage by saying "foilage."
Marge: "Next to spring and winter, fall is my absolute favorite season. Just look at all this beautiful foilage."
Lisa: "Its not foilage, Mom. Its foliage... FO-LI-AGE."
Marge: "That's what I said, foilage! It doesn't take a nucular scientist to pronounce foilage."
Later on, this happens.
Marge: "I can honestly say that was the most fun I've ever had, the mill, the history, all that gorgeous foliage."
Lisa smiles.
Marge: "I can't ecscape Lisa our little walking libary."
Lots of good moments, but that's definitely one of my favorites.

My favorite simpsons moment/episode was in Season 1 when Bart wanted to be a daredevil and jump the Gorge. Homer steps up and talks him out of doing it at the top of the hill while standing on the skateboard (he tells Bart he will do it instead of Bart) then proceeds to slowly start down the hill by mistake. He almost makes it across the Gorge (saying out loud) "I'm gonna make it, I'm gonna make it, this is the happiest day of my life" or something to that extent then proceeds to fall short of the mighty jump and falls to the bottom of the Gorge.
As if that wasnt bad enough, the Ambulance that picked up Homer then hits a tree and Homer, while strapped to the gurney kicks out the back door and back down the Gorge again.
Classic shit right there. I still laugh everytime I see that episode.

Favorite Simpsons moment is when Barney finds himself alone in Moe's Tavern for whatever reason, and ends up under the beer tap guzzling the beer, says "Oh oh, my heart stopped", wait 3 seconds, "There it goes", keeps on guzzling. LMFAO!
