But Ruff plays with his lines alot. Personally, I think Thursday vs Pittsburgh it will open up like that ^. But it could change by the second period.

I would expect he'd be the first choice to open alongside Benn and Seguin. If Lindy juggles lines like he did last season.....???......it could be a daily mystery.

The real world is an inconsiderate bitch that inferred with my fantasy hockey world. But I have escaped her evil clutches....and just in time for the start of the season. I do owe Axeman and Maya Has The Knife an apology for going MIA prior to their drafts this summer. Inexcusable on my part for not finding 5 minutes to let them know what was going on. Very, very sorry about that guys.

I saw those line combos today too....but I'd also seen Sharp-Benn-Seguin...which is what has me confused. Thanks guys, I've still got 5 forward positions to fill for my pool and 10 guys I'm undecided about...including Sharp...so the 10 names are going into a draw and if Sharp's name comes up he is on my roster.

I'd say possible, but not entirely convinced it will happen. The linemates are there to make it happen if he gets top line minutes. But recent history from Ruff says that's a shaky proposition. Aside from health, Ruff's mad scientist line juggling tendencies, if they continue, could be a downer for Sharp's numbers. Until we see some patience from Lindy and a willingness to let a combo gel it would be good to prepare for 50ish points and consider 60 a bonus.

As a Stars fan I'm hoping for more.

Thanks for the input guys, appreciate it. His name didn't get drawn out of the hat with 12 others so Sharp isn't on my roster...for now...I always have a few dogs on my pool team so can use a trade to get him if he's hot. Which he will be because I didn't put him on my team in the first place. Spezza, luck of the draw, also didn't make my roster. Appreciate you taking the time to reply.

Really itching to see the lines from tomorrow's morning skate, if they have one. Will Sharp remain on Spezza's wing? Will Eakin center Benn and Seguin? Who the heck knows? All that matters now is getting this show rolling and off to a strong start.
