    Default Marty St. Louis

Why is he playing with Vinny instead of Steven Stamkos? Does anyone else find this absurd?

How amazing were they last year and this year, Tampa is in the basement. You want more goals, put Marty and Stammer together...as a Marty owner, I'm being killed because of this.

I might have to move him in one of my leagues for Hossa or somebody.

Is anyone else as frustrated a Marty owner as I am? Any chance he gets put back with Stammer?

I've watched a few Tampa games and recently Marty has been with Vinny more but I've noticed Boucher likes to switch it up often and I have seen Marty out there with Stammer and also seen all 3 (Marty, Stamko, Vinny) out there at times

I hear ya, I traded Kane for St Louis and Thomas, expecting louis to post a ppg year

he's been nothing but disappointing to me this year. I am starting to develop a new dislike for the coach in Tampa.

I need marty to start producing like a maniac, and preferrably leave vinny behind.

sometimes age creeps up on you quickly.

He wasn't very noticeable in todays game against the Pens.

It's just unreal how this kind of thing can happen. Marty was the cream of the crop last year at RW and now this....pretty unreal.

Interesting thing about the Lightning players is that they're actually pretty decent at home...

St. Louis 17 points (PPG) and 47 SOG in 17 home games (2.76), 19 points (0.86) and 53 SOG (2.41) in 22 road games.

    Lecavalier 19 points (PPG) and 53 SOG (2.79) in 19 home games, 15 points ( 0.6) and 82 SOG (3.28) in 25 road games.

    Stamkos 29 points (1.53 PPG) and 64 SOG (3.37) in 19 home games, 21 points (o.84) and 88 (3.52) in 25 road games.

So if you look at the home/away splits, TB is a completely different offensive team at home than on the road.

Good thing for TB, 22 of the remaining 39 is at home, so the offensive output should skyrocket the next couple of months...

Good time to invest in TB players.

To be fair he has 36 in 39 which is pretty close to point-per-game, given the heavy home schedule at the end of the year, you'll pretty much get what you're asking for.

How about the shitty PP production? 41 PPA last year compared to 7 this year??

I traded Heatley/Subban for St. Louis/Ehrhoff 2 months ago but it hasn't paid off..

Same scenario, 21.3% at home (6th in the league), just 9.1% (dead last) on the road...

I just don't understand how you can go from 1 end of the spectrum to the other using the same unit...

If they every get it cracking on the road, the points will come...

yeah it's not bad, but it feels like he's invisible way too often. Especially when my direct competition got Lupul and kessel, and I see them on the scoreboard EVERY DAY it seems.

I'm just a frustrated fantasy GM this year anyway. Nothing goes my way, when it comes to injuries either.

I think the biggest difference has been that cross ice left circle slapper that worked for him all season last year.

Goalies are stopping all of those that he feasted on last year.

Yeah, I mean I heard the same thing from Dobber, but I'm having a hard time believing it, so long as he plays with Vinny and so long as some of those big D are out in TB. Guys don't seem to be having the puck on their stick, so it's harder for them to score.

I just don't expect PPG from Marty from here on out.
