Yeah Jiri the Hud took the Huberdeau spot for now. He looked really bad tonight. Worst player on the ice. But let´s give him a few before throwing him under the bus.

Purcell on the other hand looked great.

Panthers have had trouble those last games. We need to get healthy.

With the way trochek has been playing, is he basically the 2nd line center now bumping bjugstad down to 3rd? I was high on bjugstad and have him on a few teams, but things are starting to look ugly lol

I always like Trocheck better than Bjugstad. I always thought he was getting way to overshadowed by Barkov (understandably) and Bjug. But I think he fits the bill better as the #2 C for Florida down the stretch.

I think they offer something totally different to the team. Bjugstad is a natural goal scorer that is a presence in front of net. Tro on the other hand is way more creative and the better passer. Right now this looks way more like a 2A and 2B situation. But keep in mind that Bjugstad was injured and still hasn´t fully recovered. His next season will be better. Tro also has the tendency to go absent for some games in a row. If Bjugs is healthy he felt much more consistent. Overall i don´t think anything is set it in stone yet. Both are here for the forseable future and will potentially switch arround the 2nd and 3rd line a lot depending who they mash with.
Bjugstad will profit a lot from Purcell/Hudler now i think, as he already did from his old bud Rau ( who actually looks really good so far). Add in Crouse on his side and the 2nd and 3rd line might be swapped arround again early next season.

Oh man this team stinks right now. Especially the new guys with Bjugstad look like crap. I´m worried atm. Not much positive to say.

Haven´t posted in a long time. But quick info:Panthers favourite to sign Swedish defenceman Linus Hulstrom. Will be announced after the world cup roster are final.

Lost steam. Too many injuries as well. MacKenzie and Gudbranson are the backbone on D. Not sure if they can make it out of round 1.

The Panthers fought and clawed their way back yesterday for the win over the Habs!! Barkov was a stud.. I still can't believe that is Jagr out there on the ice when I am watching a Panthers game..

Bjugstad looked good out on the point of the PPP at the end of the game. Sweet move to set up Hubs for the goal. Does this bode well for next season?

I'm picking Florida in a pick any 13 team, must be 3 defense. Am going with Barkov, Jagr, and am thinking Huberdeau or should I go with Jokinen?

Last time I checked, Hubs was still riding shotgun with Barkov and Jagr, I'd go with him.
