Good. What kind of load are you expecting for Markstrom next season with Theodore? Something more like 32 starts reasonable?

Should be reasonable but it all will depend on his play. Iīm pretty confident in the guy.

By the way not really wanna talk about last nights game...
    1. Jason Garrison out with lower body injury
    2. Weiss was great in the circle not so much elsewhere

What a game what a crowd! Damn there is life in Hockey Florida.

    1. Kris Versteeg is back! Thanks for finally showing up and working hard again.
    2. Marcel Goc unsung hero again PK machine, winning nearly all draws. Easily my favorite player this season.
    3. Brian Campbell was everywhere so was Kopecky both proofed again why they were signed
    4. Theo is the hero tonight! Shutout in the playoffs for a ton of rats on the ice.

Great defensive effort but we just donīt like overtimes. So itīs playoff overtime i hope that it doesnīt result in the regular one.

    1. Clemmer allowed two of three weak goals tonight. Sucks to have Theo out.
    2. Steeg and Bergenheim are the only ones really finding the net latley. We need someone else to find a hole to win game 7
    3. And you need to shoot to find the net .Panthers were clearly outshot badly tonight.

A glorious season for my Panthers is sadly over. But the Panthers werenīt to win it all anyway. And this game was the season in a nutshell the Panthers can compete with every team in the NHL but when it comes to overtime they crap the bed.

    1. Thanks to Marcel Goc our playoff here.
    2. Thanks for Theo and Garrison for playing injured and giving their best.
    3. Thanks to Dale Tallon for your expressions throughtout the game. You really wanted that win.

Really looking forward to the next season and covering up the offseason for you guys.

Gotta give props to the Cats here Key. I had them pegged for bottom dwellers this year and even after they had a great season and made playoffs, I still didn't give them much respect and was expecting a 4-0 sweep by the Devils.

Proved me wrong on several levels this year, looking forward to seeing what next year brings.

Just a quick note -- not really of fantasy relevance -- for Keytolife on his Panthers.

Reading THN lately, I've noticed a trend when they give quotations by prospects of both the Panthers and the Coyotes -- the young guys seem to mention Jovanovski as being a major impact on them and their development.

I think I saw him mentioned in quotes by Gormley, Huberdeau, and at least one other...maybe Gudbranson. Anyways...

That contract they offered Jovo was crazy--and I'm sure they'd have liked more than 66 GP, 13 points, and -11 -- but I wonder if there's more to his value on a young team like the Cats than what shows up in the boxscores.

    For what it's worth....

    Goal: Lehner, Holtby, Varlamov

Farm: Soderstrom, York, Woo, Tracey, Dorofeyev

I would expect that to be the case Stone. Hopefully he has a better year in a more secondary role next season as the younger guys take on more and more.

Thanks for bringing this up. I posted this in several post i had on Jovo, the main intention Jovo was brought in was for identification for the fans and to mentor Guds and the other young guns. The contract still sucks

I know Tallon gets crapped on a lot here, but I don't think he's a bad GM. Sure he overpays, but he's paying to bring people there and showing others he's willing to do what he can to make a team successful and enticing.

Hope that team goes farther in 2 seasons. People credited Bowman for 'Hawks championship, but Tallon was the guy who made that team for the most part. Sure they had an expiration, but did it not get them out of their crap years?

Dale Tallon was interviewed on Team 1200 radio in Ottawa yesterday; I thought I would share with you what I got from his comments:

    - He considers Markstrom to be the future franchise goalie for the team, but said that, with Theodore and Clemmensen, theres "no rush to put him into the fire, but we'll see what happens at training camp". I think those were his exact words.
    - Couldn't give Garrison the money he was hoping for. Called Vancouver's contract offer an offer that Garrison couldn't refuse.
    - Kuba was signed to play with Campbell on the PP.
    - Had high praise for Huberdeau and Bjugstad, hopes they can be ready "soon"
    - High praise for Kulikov, says he's a pleasure to be around, loves to play
