Credit where credit is due. Jovanovski my usual scapegoat saved our lifes today with blocking two shots. Otherwise Theo was great and our defense also played a fine game keeping down the shots. Otherwise nothing to be exicted about they need to continue to work hard.

Panthers seem to have the Leafs number this season as they swept the series.

Theodore is playing really awesome right now and the defensive effort is there.

No scoring from line one but Bergenheim is red hot, so is Marcel Goc and Wolski has been a nice aquisition. Not sure if it justifies a new contract yet but he is working on it. Jovanovski also stepped up his game; Barch and Matthias with fight wins. Not looking good was the Weiss line and Santorelli.

Theo in brilliant shape, Soupy with three assists, two for Flash, Bergenheim continuing to work really hard, Madden finally showing why he was brought in...

I had to review because I was in absolute shock that Barch was the "only forward over 10 minutes".

Still.....that kind of depth makes them a dangerous team in the playoffs IMO. Plus.....it also makes the Leafs look worse because half these guys were available in the offseason.

For the first time since 2007 my Florida Panthers have won 4 games in a row, conicidently it came with the first felt shutout win in this season ( i think we had one or two already)!


Big up to that team, they are showing some passion. Madden signing has already paid off, Kulikov and Steeg are back things are looking good.

And i need apologize to one man, Jose Theodore i´m sorry for doubting you, you are an absolute class act and a stellar athlet. It´s awesome to see the joy in your face after each win and the fact that you really love to play in Florida.

I really hope he has another good season next season before hanging them up and after that get a job in the orginasation.

Make this 5 in a row baby. And not even a good game. Clemmer on his head tonight. Just awesome and Bergenheim can´t be stopped atm.

Theo has been the best Cat over the last month without a doubt. So as long as it stays somehow close between playoffspots etc. expect him to get the huge load of starts. In the b2b he will get his rest but otherwise i´d say 8-2 to Theo is what i would expect here.


In other news at the moment i get enthusiastic the Panthers put in a stinker again. They totally slept in the first two quarters only guy solid was Theo and in the third period they played fine again.

But better now than in the playoffs.

Wolski is not a 3rd liner. Either scratch him or give him minutes.

Everyone but THeo were crap. Dubynk looked like an allstar but that was more due to the lack of effort. Got lucky we got a point.

Need to get back into playoff form.

Yikes if they are really thinking they will make the playoffs that way they will fall hard to the ground.

There are still games to be played and without offense we only can win if Theo is stellar...

I´m pretty sure that is what will happen. Brittain has played good enough to maintain that AHL spot. Clemmer has played good but he stands in the way of Markstroms development.
