Any Isles fans have a reasonable projection for what we can expect from el nino this year??

My Islanders thought of the day: The isle have 3 goalies. That mean 2 backups - double the normal number of backups. So should Garth Snow be doubly worried about losing his GM job?

And the 4th goalie of the season, not even 20 games in, has just made his debut. DiPietro got pulled and Nilsson is in. The 3-headed monster is growing new heads.
I can't promise I'll try but I'll try to try.

bruins dominated the islanders in every way possible last night .

if not for the westfall ceremony I'd bet most isles would demand a refund.

Another pathetic showing by the Isles, getting blanked for the 2nd time in a row. Tavares continues his impressive play and came close a few times but that's just about the only positive thing these days. For MacDonald owners (who are waiting and waiting for his 2nd point to come), good news as he played the 1st PP with Streit but don't know how long that'll last; bad news is he was -3. Doesn't get any better with the Flyers coming to the Island on Wednesday. I feel a big game coming for the Isles (or is it my fantasy optimisms-coated classes?)
I can't promise I'll try but I'll try to try.

How long til Capuano is out? They can't seriously think he's a legitimate NHL coach can they? I thought when he took over last year he'd just be a stopgap replacement until the off-season.

he could probably draw into the lineup if they sent Ullstrom down but Ullstrom has been hustling his butt off & showing some decent chemistry with Bailey .

    tough call
